This panel brings together maritime frontline personnel representing the diverse users of Singapore’s sea space to share their experiences of how safety policies and systems have evolved over time to assist frontline staff in performing their daily functions safely. The conversation will centre on three pillars:
Safety of navigation (e.g. safe passage planning and execution)
Safety during operations at sea (e.g. ship-to-ship ops (e.g. bunkering, transfer)
Safety of crew (e.g. maintaining crew proficiency and managing crew fatigue)
