Ms. Sikha Singh is co-founder of the Executive Group of Companies which comprises of various shipping related services including ship management, maritime training, ship repair & supply, integrated shipping software development, Offshore shipping and commercial management & chartering. She steers the Strategic Management of the group apart from overseeing the corporate governance, human resource development, and takes special interest in the welfare and growth of the seafarers - most of them nurtured in the in-house training institute. Her vision for the Company and leadership guidance across the organization led Executive Ship Management (ESM) to be recognized and inducted in the Palladium Balanced Score card (BSC) Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy in the year 2012, a rare distinction for a Ship Management Company. The company is celebrating 25 years of its business this year.

She also chairs the Editorial team for in-house monthly and quarterly publications besides supervising the brand communications of the Company. A postgraduate in Journalism from the premier institute, Indian Institute of Mass Communications (IIMC), she has over a decade of experience in the media industry in India and as a foreign correspondent in Hong Kong, prior to launching ESM in Singapore.
