Capt Dan Lee serves as the Community & Corporate Officer of Marine Division, Singapore Civil Defence Force, bringing over a decade of distinguished service in both operational and administrative capacities. In his current role, he steers engagement activities with key maritime stakeholders, including the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN), Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), and various maritime community partners such as marinas, boatel operators and fish farmers.

As the lead for SCDF's Responders Plus Programme (RPP) in the maritime sector, Capt Dan specialises in imparting knowledge and sharing in basic first aid, fire safety, and CPR-AED. His dedicated efforts in fostering partnerships and knowledge transfer have significantly enhanced the emergency preparedness and response capabilities of Singapore's maritime community.
