Terence retired from the Republic of Singapore Navy in 2018. Since then he has indulged his passion in all things boating by first being a PPCDL instructor and then moving on to become a certified Recreational Instructor for Small Powerboats and RIBs for International Yacht Training Worldwide. Sailing is a new direction for him and he hopes to bring the best of both worlds together for the betterment of the sport.
