Ms Regina Lim brings over two decades of experience in building trust and dialogue across complex stakeholder communities, spanning both Singapore's maritime industry and, earlier in her career, the social service sector. Her work centres on convening government, industry and unions around shared goals, and sustaining the partnerships that turn common intent into collective action.

At MPA, she leads the team advancing maritime safety and a safety-first culture across the industry. She works closely with the National Maritime Safety at Sea Council and four industry co-chaired Safety Work Groups to strengthen safety practice sector-wide, and also oversees workplace health and safety for MPA staff.

Regina holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. In 2021, she was awarded the National Day Commendation Medal in recognition of her distinguished service.
